You were a spider

one of the scariest of all

you were in your big web you made

And I

I got trapped in this humongous web of yours

First I liked it

I liked your smile just before you attack

I liked your paws around me

I liked the way you look at your prey

but now I'm afraid

because I can't get out of it myself

the only way to get out of this maze of yours

is to die

or you have to let me go

There is no in between

But you don't know you're a spider

nor you know I got trapped in this web you made

And you probably don't know either that I'm afraid of spiders
